Is it less harmful to blow dry hair when it is dryer or when it is wet?

I have wavy/curly hair that is fine and I always get those weak, split ends.
I like my hair straight and blow dry it every other day. How can I minimize the damage?

Use some heat protection spray before you blow dry your hair and I suggest waiting until it’s almost dry,to blow dry it.I do it this way and it seems to turn out fine for me,give a it a try and see what you think,Tomb Raider.

This does not require a dryer vent. This uses condensation drying, so the air is recirculated and the water is condensed from the air and sent to the drain.
I think Tungsten (W) is a better conductor than Titanium(Ti) because it has a bigger atomic number Z, so easier for electrons to "escape".( it is just a speculation, you should search for a reliable source).
If i am not mistaken Ti is almost as durable as steel ( a bit better) but much lighter. W should be far more resistant because it is used to make armored tanks and piercing bullets . ( there are speculations concerning safety , accidents etc., some say tungsten and metallic zirconium rings cant be cut easily by doctors)
Tungsten(W) should be more dense thus heavier.
put your hair in a messy kinda clip with some of your hair hanging down in the back and front.. then striaghten all of the hair hanging down then.. maybe ahh… a peach.. or a nude color lip gloss. or a plump lipstick.. with a black eyeliner and red/brown eye shadow
