the layoffs are not hurting the consumer in fact it is helping keep the cost of you ticket all the extra fees there putting on is to make more money you would have to pay the extra fee if there was layoffs or not
I bought this for 58 bucks, then got the diffuser separately for 10 bucks, then saw this in bj’s for 40 bucks with a brush, two straightening comb attachments, and the diffuser! I’m so pissed!!! Btw, they are doing it wrong on this girl, it has to go thru the comb first.

I have never heard of a three custom color specialist, but I do know about eyeshadow! The finishes that it comes in: matte, shimmer, glitter, cream, and pearle. These are the finishes you can get. For colors pretty much any color you can imagine.

Most states have a Board of Cosmetology (it may have a different name in different states) that gives the licenses. But I don't know that you could get a photo, there are no photos involved in my state. It's a piece of paper issued by the board, just like a diploma or a certificate to operate a business. Most stylists here have their license posted at their station in the shop where they work.
