Beauty is not ok to praise. Beauty is important and it always has been. Look at history there are always people praised for beauty and the methods one uses to attain beauty changes, but there is always a desire to be or admire beautiful people. Beauty is not just for mating purposes. Studies show that more attractive people get paid better because not only are they treated better, but they tend to make companies more money. High end department stores are notorious for hiring beautiful men and women. It happens all the time. Children even respond better to an attractive person. People say beauty is not important because even though we live in a very shallow world, personlity and smarts are thought to be what a person should value. People will say beauty fades, which is true, but so does personality and intelligence. As we age everything starts to age. Intelligence does not last forever regardless of what others state.
