Have your tools ready, there’s nothing like starting up the drier only to realize that your brush is in another room. For great volume, make sure that you use the straight nozzle on your hair dryer, a round brush and some protective serum.
Sit down: A great way to organize yourself is actually sitting down in front of the mirror. This way you can place the hair dryer down on the vanity while you brush sections of your hair. If you don’t have a vanity, using a chair is fine, but make sure not to warm up your legs too much!

When I first moved to NYC, I was lucky enough to crash on the couch of a gay, well dressed investment analyst friend from college. You can rent a stump grinder at the home improvement center and hack them out, but it is alot of work. You can also take a pick ax to them and hack them out yourself, but that is even more back breaking work. In either case, you may kill the entire tree, been there, done that. It is a little late now, but you could use root barriers once you hack them out to keep them from returning.
